Kindness Matters Smoothies
During the month of February, we are focusing on kindness, compassion and good deeds. Today, our Top Wolves put messages on the outside of cups and went around to each classroom serving pink smoothies. 25 litres of apple juice + 100 bananas + 14 kg of yogurt + 20 kg of frozen strawberries = 230 happy students. Check out our photo gallery and follow the advice of our 7/8 Leadership exploratory students:
In a world where you can be anything, be kind.
Be kind whenever possible. It is always possible.
Kindness is a gift everyone can afford to give.
Be somebody who makes everyone feel like a somebody.
Being kind without expectation is the truest form of kindness.
The smallest act of kindness is worth more than the greatest intention.
Kindness is doing what you can, where you are, with what you have.
To the world you may be one person, but to one person, you may be the world.
Kindness means doing things for the cause and not the applause.
Kindness is free to give but priceless to receive.
